When I initially spoke with Delilah about the value of my house, I told her it was about $120k. Apparently, in the documents she put the value as $155k. Now ultimately the house was appraised for $140k and I was able to clear the cash out loan, but I never did get an explanation from her concerning why she enter the value so high?
