Not having to jump through sooooo many hoops at the VERY LAST MINUTE. Craig was wonderful in helping with them but the Corporate office made it almost impossible to happen.

My wife and I had unmet expectations about the processes, the communication stream, and dealing with the underwriter. I understand some of those expectations were not realistic, but they were expectations we had, going into the processes. I think, to have provided a better experience, more expectation setting would have been needed at the very beginning. Also, the underwriter was very terse with us.

I really appreciated how quickly they were able to turn documents around & pushed for early closing - needed due to military duty. During the final days - there were vital documents that could impact my closing date which were not sent in a timely fashion. I wasn't given any council on the wire transfer and had to contact my realtor over the weekend to get all necessary information. At closing, I had to write a personal check b/c the amt on final documents was incorrect. All in all - it was good

The loan qualification process was very simple and tom and his tram were on top of getting this taken care of however as closing approached we found we were providing the same documentation to several different folks several different times and while this may have been necessary it didn’t make us feel the assurance we needed to ensure our transaction was going to meet the timeline. Thankfully everything worked out but we felt the guidance we received was only average when questions arose.

I am happy with the end result of the loan going through. However the transition, I would have liked to have been made a little bit more privy to and that the person I originated my loan with would have been the person I close the loan with. I was caught off-guard with that. but I know how things can fall through loops in transition. Overall everything went somewhat smooth and thank you for your help.
