Communication during the process was not good. We were asked to send in the same information multiple times. We were asked to sign information knowing it was incorrect. When we got to closing, the information still wasn’t correct

I feel I was not given a proper interest rate based on the current interest rates... I was at a 5.25, then it was increased to a 5.5. And no budge on ever coming down to the 4.75 which is what I was wanting considering the substantial amount of closing that was already being paid in. I felt I was suckered in for a high score and noone was willing to work with the rate even though it was a VA loan. Overall happy about how quickly they expedited my loan. But could have done better about rate...

I had a great experience up to a point-but our loan processor was very hard to get in contact with and we were left having to chase him down to get things done. He would email us at strange times of day and we would have to email pretty much every form multiple times. One statement we literally sent four times before the underwriter and processor figured it out. The lender errors that delayed our closing were frustrating but it was handled quickly. I’m looking for better service moving forward.

service was good until towards the end. Huge lack of communication among loan officers, closing coordinators, underwriters, etc. Not one attempted to get on the phone and speak to someone to ask questions. suggestions: leadership, be leaders - follow up with customers and among workers - don't assume everything is good through email - make phone calls - solve problems, dont create them.
