Clay and the processing staff were very helpful and friendly, yet I am grateful that I don't have to do this everyday! The online experience was tiresome and even difficult for someone like me who is NOT technically challenged. I wish that there could have been more personal, and less technological interaction in the process. I'm glad it's over.

Clay and the processing staff were friendly, and VERY helpful when we spoke with them directly!! However, as a retired professional Loan Officer, I found It very confusing with all the on-line communication for the documents and the entire process of the loan. Explanations and directions were vague and exasperating ! The actual staff was awesome, but would dread doing another on-line home loan! ON-LINE being the key factor.

Josh was very knowledgeable and informative. Overall he was the best part of the process. Sadly, it took over 4 months to complete the transaction. Josh was great every step of the way, the company as a whole has a lot of issues with punctuality and communication.

Anthony was extremely nice and helpful at the outset of process. I really enjoyed our conversation and his willingness to try options. The sr. processor was extremely helpful with my complicated (or seemingly) situation. I was a little disappointed with Anthony's response time after I signed my intent to proceed document, especially when it came to detailed matters about the loan. However, in the end, I closed a loan with a better interest rate, so I guess I cannot complain.

Overall we had a good experience. We compared rates to a couple of different providers, and Bob gave us the best rates for the lowest closing costs. He was very good at walking us through the cost breakdown as well.
