At the beginning and at the end Bridgette was communicative, pleasant, and helpful. In between there was a stretch where there was little contact and information was not forthcoming. Inquires were responded to, but with little helpful information. Our first loan went quicker and I would still recommend her.

For a first time homebuyer, things can be confusing especially with financing. If the process can be explained step by step, buyers are more aware of what to expect. Example am I in the financing stage or underwriting?

We would’ve liked to be more informed of the loan process. Also we were never told about locking in the VA interest rate. We had to call and asked about it.
