Started out great. Quynh the loan officer was patient , and knowledgeable. However, the process went much differently. Almost all documents were sent to processor immediately. Questions such as "why do you need a divorce decree from 9 years ago?" took days to get an answer. The process was horrible. My rate lock expired to which I was left either paying the fee for extension or losing the rate. Not only that fee, but the lender credit I was originally sold on was taken away.

The underwriting process was too long. Closing was delayed almost 2 months. We ended up paying for another 2 appraisals and a reinspection. Jeff was good, but the support team didnt seem to get in a hurry for us and ended up costing us and the builder more money.

Early on in the process I received updates frequently then I didn’t hear anything. I wrote the contract to close in 30 days because he stated that’s how many days were needed. Right before we were due to close, he called to say they only had one processor for KY and it would be delayed a week. Once the processor received it, (3 business days after original close date), she mentioned she could probably close in a few days. The entire team at that point did go the extra mile to make it happen.

Multiple delays in communication. The entire process took months without a reasoning for the delay. I was a returning customer and had a poor experience, especially compared to the first time I financed with this company.

Our refinance took several months, not sure if it was due to covid-19 or not, but when it was all done and over with our credit score dropped over 100 points due to non- payment even though he stated we were covered. We have sent multiple emails asking for explanations, but he has not given us an explanation and in the previous email (almost a month ago) he stated he was still looking into it. Now he will not return out emails. He seemed friendly and professional, but now I'm not sure.
