The biggest issue was that in NC, even though my wife is not on the loan, she had to be on the documents...and we ended up having to do the signing with the notary four (4) times. Otherwise Irving did a good job of explaining why his offer was better than what Rocket Mortgage was giving me.

The closing agent failed to show up to closing which my wife had delayed travel plans to be at. Then we closed a week later only to have to redo some of the paperwork and mail it in because the dates where wrong. Overall a good rate and decent service for the most part.
