Communication could have been better. We understand that mortgage and refinance companies are extremely busy and dates and times can change but there were a number of times where we asked questions that went unanswered.

Issues with documents submitted and information not being conveyed to various processors with organization. Unable to contact processors at important times during the loan process. Closing agreement lacked accurate information which precluded me having to pay an additional $3,000.00 to sellers. Final, disbursement of funds for accounts required to be paid in full as part of the approval of mortgage has yet to be applied.

Sergio was very pleasant to work with. Being in a rural community we work with alot of local lenders familiar with our area. Sergio's team is southern california and I believe this was a little bit of a challenge for all of us. But in the end we got it all done.

Overall, 2 great things: Sergio was able to approve the buyer and it did close, but not on time. There seemed to be a "lull" in the activity/progress and communication as we got deeper into the process. Perhaps underwriting was overwhelmed? The holiday was an impediment? Nonetheless, a successful transaction.

Part of the issue was the time difference when we were trying to get closing information together. He was so helpful in the beginning trying to get them settled on something to purchase. As we got close to the end things were not as smooth and some was probably not on him. Apparently a request for title work had gone out in early June but the attorney did not receive it and no one followed up on it so the attorney had no time to get the title work back to make the closing date. So we closed late
