Carlton was very engaged and responsive throughout the process. It was clear early on that he wanted to close this deal and he provided detailed guidance when needed. The reason our experience was not perfect is the struggle with a required POA for which NAF legal team would not provide a template but will reject twice after the document was notarized overseas. This was all happening in the midst of a stressful health situation within the family

My husband never received any of the e-signature items so we had to print, sign and scan. Notary Public was used for closing. Great to do it at our home but she could not answer any questions. We contacted the title company with our questions and never received a response.
