Alex was great to work with. However Jose' was terrible. We had several miscommunications and almost didn't make the closing time due to his negligence. If someone wants to contact me regarding Jose' and would be glad to go into more detail. He is the reason I would not recommend New American Lending to anyone. But again Alex was great to work with.

While working with Nadder at 1st communication was great, but it seemed after about 3 weeks it was very difficult getting Nadder to contact by text or phone on questions I had. Then Kortney from California took charge and communication was restored and she was very helpful until we closed on the loan. She always answered back by e-mail or call. Listen more closely up front to client’s needs. Listen closely to clients total income before asking for additional points and or co-signers income. Paper flow and Esign went well and Nadder and associates did respond quickly to my questions and requests.
