Working with James and his team for now the 2nd refinance was an overall very good experience. James had our best interests in mind and a strategy for how to reach our goals. His team are supportive and are able to answer most of our questions. There were times during the process, however, when we did not understand fully what was being asked of us, and felt a little pressured to sign disclosures that we did not understand. We would have been happy to have things really "spelled out" for us

The process was super easy to get done. The only thing I felt was strange is we were working with Damon and then we were working with someone else at one point as well. It all worked out fine and we were able to do exactly what we needed to.

I have 3 month of rate lock window, but Erica did not advise me to lock the rate until really late when the rates are up by 0.5%.... And it was me going after her asking for rate lock twice...
