Took 90 days to close. The loan processor was horrible. She seemed young and unexperienced. She made multiple mistakes in getting our loan to close and left us feeling less than confident in her ability to get it right. Daniel was kind and very responsive, but he also seemed to lack the experience needed to stay on top of the project and get the loan to closing. There were many things that fell through the cracks, that shouldn't have happened. We are happy with our rate, but thats about it.

While Chris did work hard for me he made statements and promises he couldnt entirely keep. I appreciated that he was responsive and tried to answer my questions. The problems I experienced were mostly with the so called Processor Margaret Shelby who does not know how to do her job, was unprofessional, hung up on me once, caused me a lot of extra stress I didnt need, and pulls down the whole company by having an attitude. It appears to be some kind of nepotism or favoritism !

Ashley was very kind. Would have received 5 stars but our closing was rescheduled 3 times. This was mostly not her fault, but I do feel that had she paid more attention to detail and kept up with the process, she could have caught the errors rather than me having to find them. I was very disappointed at the very end she had forgotten that we were already clients of NAF.

The amount of time it took for us to get this loan was absurd. We weren't being kept up to speed on what was taking so long, and it ended up causing us to have to provide additional documents because of the slippage. If you tell a customer a date, stick to the date.
