There were gaps in communication in which the time frames or next steps were unclear. Also, the experience with signing the documents, Including errors necessitating signing twice, and documents not going to the correct location has been frustrating and has required more of my tone than I would like.

3 of the bills that were supposed to be paid off for us weren’t paid.The money actually was given to us without telling us that they weren’t paid.The loan was signed on the 14th of January. and we are just finding out about it two weeks later wondering why the bills hadn’t been paid yet.Yes,we given the money,but we should have been advised of it when the loan was signed.

He was easy to get in touch with, which I appreciated. It is harder to deal with an out of state lender when they are unfamiliar with inspections that are typical for your area....so it made dealing with these things difficult last minute, delaying closing for my buyer client.

There were numerous errors on my closing documents that had to be redlined. Additionally, the final amount that we closed for differed by 110$ from the legally required disclosure statement that was sent 3 business days prior to the closing. NAF was also not able to prepare closing documents in adequate time to reach my rate lock date. This required me paying an additional 500$ to extend my rate.
