I liked working with Ivan, but needed better communication. When the appraisal gap came into play I wish he would have reached out to me to discuss the Buyer's purchase options. I did not like having to follow up to get the apprasial info, which was important because of the appraisal gap impacting the contract. When we did talk Ivan was always helpful. The processor was the least pleasent to work with. She/He should have called me with their questions instead of asking the Buyer to call when the Buyer didn't understand what was going on.

There were many times that we were asked the same questions and if previous emails would have been read, the answers were in the emails. Also a big oversight was that we were not informed to bring a cashier's check 9n the day of closing. My husband brought his personal checkbook because we assumed since the funds were verified he could use this. We had to leave the closing and go to his bank and get a cashier's check.

Stacey was fine, except when she went on vacation near our closing date and we had no communication. The biggest issue I had as a Realtor was the leadership, or lack of it as we neared closing. We had a closing delayed and buyers and sellers both used a day off work for nothing. Then we were told that all paperwork was sent and we could close on the following Tuesday, just to find out on Monday afternoon and evening that they paperwork had not been sent to the title company. I spent more hours on the phone with your company trying to find out if we were closing than with any company I've ever had a transaction with. Because of this, I could not recommend your company to any of my buyers. This is not Stacey's fault, its a company issue.
