Megan did a good job overall, but it wasn’t clear once her phase was complete, what was happening next, and we really struggled with our engagement with Ashlee, and there appeared to be a disconnect between Megan and Ashlee, and when I included Megan, it still wasn’t clear who was responsible for what, or what the next steps were. There was a shift in funder late in the game which required additional paperwork, and it also somehow shifted our closing date - to Memorial Day. We were not given the amount we needed for close until quite late, and there were not clear expectations about timing, signing expectations (FedEx of hard copies versus digital signing), etc. In short, the early part of the process was smooth and clear with Megan, the remainder of the process was not. My husband and I were unhappy with all the fees and lack of communication about how much we wanted to put down. We submitted we were getting a gift and the amount didn’t reflect the deposit and when we wanted to put more money down, we have to pay MORE money to do so? I find that completely absurd. Our contract said we were expected to close on 5/31, YOUR company wrote 5/25 and when YOUR title company you had us use wasn’t ready for 5/25 he said 5/27 he will be ready you charge us ANOTHER fee. I will NEVER refer anyone to this company. Unfortunately, we were so far into the closing process, we couldn’t try and get another mortgage company so we had no choice but to use this company.

It would have been nice if everything had been explained better upfront about the cash program and what we would need to bring to make it work. It felt like every week we had a new amount of liquidity we were required to gather in order to use the program and in the end we couldn't use it because of that.
