Adam was your only saving grace for any sort of customer service. Your false and misleading promises are herendous and predatory, my experience speaks to every expose ever written about loan companies. At least you lived up to the horror stories.

The service was great! When I was approved, I thought that was it. But, here comes you guys asking for paperwork, after paperwork, and more paperwork. When you think you done, more paperwork. After you give them what you have that’s not enough!. More paperwork!! So, overall the service was great and some parts was easy, and you had some difficulty times as well. But, Thank You guys

On multiple occasions we had questions and emailed Brandon, never getting a response until I called the help hotline I found on your website and escalated the situation. We were told Brandon’s manager would call us back ASAP. Of course Brandon calls me immediately and says he was out sick and forgot to turn on his out of office message. That was the second time we got an excuse from him about not replying. The manager never called us. Also, we received what we thought were our final #s before closing but then 5 days later, on a Sunday nonetheless, we get new docs to sign saying the title company changed (without our knowledge or explanation) and the overall fees increased by almost $1000. It all worked out, but it was very frustrating to try and get answers.
