We missed 2 closing dates after we asked if everything was in order. Something popped up at the last moment due to misplaced documents or some other foul up. The two mist closing dates, screwed up a lot things and is still costing me money. Truck rental time, gas travel time. I still haven't moved in fully. Because of current truck availability.

As a first time home buyer I would have liked a little more contact and explanation of things. Maybe issues with underwriting, but we had to send the same exact documents multiple times.

The communication we received on the total costs associated with the loan program was not great. We learned of costs at close of escrow that we weren't aware of. Also the escrow/title company chosen was not communicative. The estimated rent for 31 days is high compared to FMV.

Tracy was a great, and you could tell a good person. I personally believe the company has objective to, as most sales teams do, to hike the rate and make you buy down. I felt when things were turned over from Tracy, the began to fall apart. Only the people on the inside know the truth, and I am not happy that I steered my parents this direction, because they more than likely paid down a point they didn't have to. Tracy worked long hours to get this done, and tried to work through many obstacles, and I respect that. The system itself seemed to have errors, as my parents and I submitted documents that were never found, or misplaced so we had to resubmit them. Also, Tracy could not resend DocuSign forms once they had been launched. I have bought and sold 4 home in the last 7 years and never had that problem. This should be looked into. Regards, Joe
