First two home loans I experienced was totally amazing by VeteransUnitedHomeLoans. The loan manager kept me updated almost daily and never had any communication issues. His team was on it with any questions I had and very responsive. This time was exact opposite. Felt like I was out flapping in the wind most of time. Weeks or days without any updates. I had to reach out to find any information or updates. Catherine and Sonia need to be on same page. Sonia obviously wasn’t communicating with what Catherine and I discussed. I the end it has so far worked out, just not what I was accustomed to from previous loans.

Better communication and quicker turn around. I understand things take time but would have liked to only have to update the loan disclosure once with my requests so my rate was locked in earlier.

The company that you guys chose for the appraisal was not great and I felt like we didn't have a ton of support in trying to get what we wanted/needed. I felt like we were trying to swayed to go in a direction that we didn't want to.
