Chance has great communication and customer service skills. Some Observations: * As the loan moves forward and loan conditions change, more regular updates with the customer would be appreciated. *It would be beneficial to share updated loan numbers including costs with the customer on a more regular basis as the loan progresses. *It would be helpful for New American to be more familiar with loan conditions and terms of the vendors they use, so there is less confusion when a change is required
