We were repeatedly asked to provide more and more documents which were often difficult to wrest away from financial institutions. The process lasted longer than we had anticipated and followed us on our vacation to see our children on the East Coast. It got fairly nerve wracking and irritating.

Not Robert’s fault but having several people involved complicated our closing. When underwriting wanted a document on the day of closing, it stressed the client out. I doubt that they will be return customers for you.

Daniel provided a clear line of communication throughout the process, however I felt certain things that were missed in the beginning could have been handled in a different manner. Overall the impact was memorable, but not necessarily is a positive way. Daniel provided the level of service expected and I believe the issues were not 100% his responsibility.
