our loan was a strange one, and took a long time. A better way to get status updates would be very effective in keeping us in the loop and helping to understand delays/process/etc.

Not having closings canceled at the last second multiple times in a row, then having to hurry up and drive home, change, and get to the location we closed at with an hours notice, with the title company and lender blaming each other, and a form that I had sent in August being lost on the day of one of the scheduled closings. Jeff was quite informative but when it came time to close the s*** hit the fan fast.

She was on vacation part of the time. At closing the name of one of the buyers was spelled incorrectly. We went in at 9.00 AM to close. and finished as 1.22 PM. due to getting the name corrected on the paperwork. little communication with Salma through the process.
