Where the experience fell flat for me was the mortgage rate we received. We have superior credit and made a large down payment but we did not receive a rate that reflected that. However, I enjoyed working with Steve and everyone on his team. The customer service was superb and everyone was great to work with. Ultimately, Steve worked with me to come to a compromise and get the loan closed.
