Bob was very nice and patient with me. The problems encountered were not a reflexion on him. It seemed that every day there was paperwork needed to complete the application for the loan. A lot of my frustration could have been avoided if a list of the needed files could have been sent at one time. It seems that there are many hands in the pot and communication is not the best.Hopefully the paperwork can be streamlined more for future applicants.
