I'm told that I had a very challenging file. Christina's team had to re-score my credit file three times. The first time I asked to confirm if all of the $0 balance letters were submitted. Yes. They were not and the score came back lower because there was a $400+ balance showing on one card that I had paid and provided a $0 balance letter. Each time I questioned, "That's how we do it" It caused delays and in the end I got a higher interest rate because they were not able to use my updated score.

Steve and his team kept us informed. They kept us updated whether it would be through phone or through emails. We are first time home buyers which means we had a lot of questions/concerns. Steve and his team were able to address each one of them. We took our time understanding the loan, always wanting to meet with Steve to review it so we would meet with him almost every time and every step of the loan process. Everyone in the team was approachable and helpful.
