The process took longer than expected and some miscommunication was involved as well. Doing everything remotely can be difficult so taking that into consideration the process went well.

Service was really good; Blanca was very nice and polite with us. She was available for us to ask questions when we were unsure of some things and the loan process went on quite smoothly. However, there were a few times where we felt like communication could have been a bit better. There were a few times where some things were not being explained adequately, especially when we would receive disclosures but were explained thoroughly. We had to call and ask exactly what was that we were signing.

Tighten up procedure. Anytime you’re out of town even if you’re working, let everyone know. Also, the client can be as difficult and crazed as possible, we can never respond in a similar fashion. We must always maintain our composure and cater to the crazy, lol.
