I must admit, Miguel and his team get you the most bang for your buck HOWEVER, the only thing that made this short of a PERFECT experience was that it became frustrating to communicate with his team. There needs to be a little bit more concrete process for the initial loan estimate to avoid confusion and it needs to be initiated by Miguels team, not JUST Miguel. More importantly, several issues were out of Miguel's control and I greatly appreciate his support and magic in getting them resolved .

Dave was great. I think there was some communication issues with some of the other individuals we dealt with throughout this process, but once Dave was made aware of these issues, I believe Dave went out of his way to insure things progressed smoothly and as timely as possible
