There were multiple mistakes in the loan disclosure price estimates throughout the process. I asked for them to get fixed and they were not fixed. The day before closing, they were scrambling to get information that they could've done earlier, delaying my closing time. Less than an hour before closing, my loan proposal price went up by about $750 out of nowhere. I would have liked better price estimates sooner. That being said, I was impressed with how easy it was to get in contact with Laurie. If she didn't answer, she would call me back right away.

Eric is known to get the job done. HOwever, after first email, the communication trail went cold and I had to reach out a week prior to closing to see if we were on track. These were not my buyers so I don't always expect this level of communication from just any lender. I was happy to be looped in in the beginning with the automated email of progress, but then nothing after that. It closed on time, so ultimately no complaints here

Communication of progress. No timelines communicated. Didn't know what or when to expect. Process was drawn out. Not on par with competitors. The product met my needs. The delivery and fulfillment were lacking. That would be my referral message. Is that OK with you?
