Unfortunately, support staff was ill equipped/informed fairly often, while others were quite professional & Steve was great. Assuming those issues with staff are resolved, I’d definitely recommend Steve but or individual experience was challenging.

I typically only use local lenders and am skeptical about those that are out of town. Erik did a great job in communicating and getting everything done in a timely manner! He proved it can be done. He really did a great job for my clients!
