Everything at first was great. Great communication, great quote, and great recommendations. At the very end (last couple days before closing), the quote changed and I had maybe 1 of 20 calls answered. Very poor at the end, but it worked out mediocre.

I was left hanging, sometimes I didn't knw what I was supposed to do getting directions from three different individuals. Sometimes I was confused with their terminology.

Communication would have made it sooo much better!! We had questions on documents the lending team asked or papers they wanted filled out. Never got responses via email and if I texted or Called it was 6-7 hours late response. Thankfully our Realtors Genesis and Sarah were so good in answering all our questions and walking us through the process.

They missed the mark on a crucial deadline for loan availability and dropped the ball with communication. This created too much unnecessary stress for me and my client. I called on Friday before the deadline to see if anything else was needed and was told it was received from the Buyer and good to go. We did not receive the CTC for another 3 days. This was an extended contract and we had extra time and should have had plenty of time for an early CTC.
