Casey was honest and tried his best to expedite the loan process. He stayed in contact and made himself available during off hours. In a sellers market, you need someone that is flexible.

I felt Tressa was great and very communicative with me. I just can't give the process a "great" because of the other companies she was dealing with such as the underwriters, notaries, etc... They seem to make the process overly complicated by requesting documentation that seemed redundant (EG: having to prove a pension was a life long payment, needing additional proof I was divorced and then not making adjusts to documents, being late to appointments, etc...)

Annette was very helpful through out the loan process. She was able to explain things thoroughly, make sure we have all the necessary workpapers, and follow through with any questions I have.
