Sally is personable & patient on top of being well organized. Unfortunately our transaction dragged well past our committed closing date, causing massive frustration with downstream buyers/sellers and a level of anxiety on my end that I had not anticipated. I really wish we would have had better insight into all of the potential hold-ups so everyone involved would have set more appropriate expectations.

Had a few unanswered emails in regards to securing and appraisal date. We had 2 or 3 appraisers cancel dates at the last minute. Securing an appraisal is a huge part of the loan process, it seemed like the appraisal was scheduled at the last minute.

I sent all the paperwork that was requested of me within 2 days of email stating what was needed. Bryce said everything was perfect. About week later after my statements were reviewed from another dept., I had a list of several things that were needed. Some statements I had given, also the method of payment at closing that I had spoke tp Bryce about was changed. There was no communication between Bryce and the underwriting team. I was not told that I would be dealing with another person.

Not waiting until we had signed closing docs to ask for a “rush” appraisal that took a week to complete, inconveniencing not only us, but the seller of our new home. Communication all around could have been better.

The backend processing was NOT very good, the closing took an extra hour due to the lender not inputting the correct phone number and she never received the esign docs. We did not meet the contractual closing date either. Bryan did a pretty good job communicating and keeping me in the loop, so MOST of my disapointment is based on the processing and underwriting dept. Im guessing Lynn did not make things easy either as she battled me the entire process, when I tried to help her, and explain to her the process.

I believe that we all in the transaction are important we can’t do it without one another. We should all strive to make the clients experience the best and get them to the finish line. All I wanted was to be kept up to date so I could have answers for the buyers and not always say to them : I don’t know. Any how thank you for your service and know there is always room for improvement for all of us.
