Ashley Johns is the absolute best. i was so nervous about all the ins and out of buying a home, she was so understanding and kind hearted.. Ashley is someone who walks you through step by step, and makes sure you know what is going on. by the time everything was said and done, i couldn’t have asked for a better person to do business with.. Natasha did a great job! However, The underwriter caused great aggravation. Petty requests caused delay, which lead to costing me more money. Items , which should have been figured out well in advance of the scheduled closing were not! I had to vacate my prior home which I sold. The delay by your underwriters forced me to rent for week, which came at a premium. I can’t recommend New American for this reason.

Jennifer Owens was amazing. I was working with 3 mortgage companies during the approval process and chose this one because of the customer service Jennifer provided. She was also quick to respond, remembered our conversation details and even followed up with me when I had to pause the process a couple months. I will say that when the process got transferred to Martha seemed overloaded with her workload because she got me confused a couple times
