There was to many people involved in trying to to get this loan done. Seemed that same information had to be given to to many people would have been easier just dealing with you. But we are glad that it is done and thank you for that.

More attentive loan officers, although my loan was passed around. I will say that out of the two Nancy was great and quick. She was responsive in her approach and was not biased when dealing with us.

My experience started out good. Good working relationshipo. Good Communications. In the end it was unacceptable. I understand that underwriters can ask for things last minute. However, the level of communication totally dropped off at the end. HArd ot get return phone calls. No sense of urgency. The closer was not getting any response from the closing dept at NAF.

I want to clarify my experience with Noelle was outstanding. I loved working with her. Unfortunately halfway through the process she had to go out on medical leave and left someone else in charge. At that point communication became very spotty, to the point where there was a mistake made in titling and I had to go through the closing process twice delaying me for weeks. I never even got an email confirming my final closing date. I only knew it because the closer is a neighbor and she let me know

Conflicting information several times from Matthew vs processor. Said they didn't need certain info and then they did. Compared to previous mortgage and refinancing experiences, this one was rather vexing at times. Too often felt like "the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing." Matthew, et al were pleasant enough to deal with but entire process was overly annoying at times.
