I felt I should’ve been advised more often about interest rates. If we would’ve locked sooner, my date would be lower. Felt alone without much support. Due to pandemic , everything was off and not the same. In the end, we were ok with everything . I trusted the advice of Lisa at Lifestyle for recommending Draper. In retrospect, I should’ve shopped around before making the final decision

The experice was actually just fine. overall smooth deal but lack of communiction between lending team/ updates regarding the transaction. Updates were always provided promothly when requested. but there was no in between. I overall relied on the client to keep me in the loop with lending milestones

Felt any updates needed I had to initiate request and don't feel he thoroughly read my communications to him. Sent copies of all signed docs including both counters to him the very day he took over our tranaction. Two weeks later, processing asked for the counter and he said he had not seen it and asked the seller's agent to send it. I then sent him an email stating date and time that dotloop showed he viewed all docs I had sent. Never received an acknowledgement from Drew. The important thing is that we only needed one extension to close and my buyer is now owner of her new home.

I felt that as a current customer with New American there could have been more options and discounts. We have never had issues with New American which is why we chose to stay. We had a choice to go somewhere else and didn’t that should be valued. David was very pleasant starting the process but once it moved out of his hands the only real communication was automated emails. It just felt that we were just another number and honestly that’s one of my biggest pet peeves when working with a company.
