Winda, handed me into Becky"s care, and from there. Her and her secretary was not forth coming with the Interest Rate. As I had told her in beginning, The president had lifted restrictions for has military and has Veterans 3.20-5.2 this must stop. I will take this back to the VA. that was the only thing I was displease with. Overall very good job.

Some of the issues dealing with the Closing Disclosure that came up as a surprise (i.e. aggregated costs of attorney's fees and other items that increased the price at closing). Also, all of the correspondence that took place 24-48 hours before closing made everything seem chaotic and could have been handled weeks before if at all. I hope that next time, we can receive a rough timeline and list of all the things that we need and the approximate time that they will be due for the client.

I am used to working with local Mortgage brokers that probably over communicate which I have come to appreciate. Your team did great getting the loan closed in a tight timeline. The buyers had to compete in a multiple offer situation and the listing agent was really pushing for us to preform on timeline. I appreciate your help and would work with you again, of cours, if a buyer chooses to work with New American Funding.

Communication is the key. There are too many point of contact and not prompt response. At some point it sounds like there is a lack of interest. Not realizing that the client may not be as experienced as you are and may need more explanation and support. It requires a little more than just sending out documents to sign. Making yourself available to communicate and support will speed up the process and may change the outcome. Thanks
