At the end, after I lost Betsy Merrick, I felt somewhat homeless and unsure who was taking care of my account. I had to send some documents several times which slowed down the process and closing which had to be pushed back several times. Communication was not as good as it could have been, I think.

There was a delay in closing, due to the loan processor being out of the office. I understand that it is not the processor’s fault, however it appears that the whomever was supposed to be covering may have not updated or reviewed the file in her absence. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress on all parties involved.

My loan officer was great, the funding was horrible. I have done over 500 transactions and this was by far the worst.

Process took too long (nearly 6 months start to finish), and I had to call out mistakes made on the paperwork. I was going to cancel, but Moe worked with me to get the contract adjusted, and I was finally able to get the terms that made sense for my situation.

I went through 3 loan officers during my loan and it would always set it back every time. The time frame that this caused was unacceptable, but I still followed through with everything that was ask of me. Each time I got everything that was ask for done,there was always something else that I had to do.
