Your processing and underwriting departments were very slow and unresponsive. They were terrible in producing documents in a timely manner for settlement . Very disappointed in the overall experience for a first-time buyer client

I'm still waiting for my money to electronically go to my account. I just keep getting half answers and no answers to my calls/emails/texts. No answer enough thou I was told definitely my money would drop on august 1st, then possibly august 2nd, now no idea when it'll drop. But my bills are waiting and I've made appointments for work to be done but once again no money to even work with. My gut is claiming its a scam. I hope not! Aizen was great. Nina Ellis on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best she'dget a-. Reid Sinclair I'm holding my opinion. Look at other companies before picking these guys.

It would have been better having the CTC within a month or even two. But pushing the closing back twice, receiving the CTC close to three months from the contract acceptance and only hours before the closing was rather ridiculous.

Be proactive, communicating on time with clients but not chocked, not leaving work at the middle or closing point, make note where you stop so when someone else picks up, they will know where to start when you dealing with a client. My experience was the worst I had ever.

THERE WERE SO MANY HICCUPS WITH THIS TRANSACTION I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN. FOR STARTERS, DAY BEFORE CLOSING WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS A TEXAS FILE AND COULD BE DELAYED. I WOULD THINK THE ADDRESS WOULD HAVE BEEN A CLUE. THIS PUT MY CLIENTS IN THE POSITION OF HAVING TO DRIVE FROM CHICAGO TO HOUSTON THROUGH THE NIGHT TO BE ABLE TO SIGN IN PERSON INSTEAD OF NOTARY IN CHICAGO SO WE COULD CLOSE ON TIME. AS THEY WERE DRIVING HERE THE LISTING AGENT WAS GETTING CALLS FROM A REVIEWER ASKING IF CHANGES TO THE HOME WERE PERMITTED. THEIY WERENT SURE IF IT WAS A ONE OR TWO FAMILY HOME. HOW COULD THIS BE GOING ON NOW AS THIS HAD BEEN UNDER CONTRACT FOR 45 DALYS!!! HE SAID IT JUST LANDED ON HIS DESK THAT DAY. ONE DAY BEFORE CLOSING!!!! LONG STORY SHORT, ON CLOSING DAY MY CLIENTS WERE TOLD TO GO STRAIGHT TO THE TITLE COMPANY TWICE. THEY WERE TOLD DOCUMENTS ARE THERE!!!! THEY WERE NOT!! THEY WERE EVEN CONGRADULATED ON THEIR CLOSING THAT STILL HAD NOT TAKEN PLACE!! IT CLOSED A DAY LATE WHICH I UNDERSTAND HAPPENS BUT THE STRESS PUT ON EVERYONE INVOLVED WAS UNNECESSARY. THEASE ARE JUST A FEW EXAMPLES. IN MY TEN YEARS OF SELLING HOMES AND OVER 70 TRANSACTIONS, THIS WAS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST AS FAR AS DEALING WITH A LENDER GOES. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A POOR REVIEW IN MY. I FELT COMPELLED TO DO SO HERE SO ANOTHER BUYER MAY BE SPARED HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS.
