I understand there's marketing but have some hard feelings about twisting words around to make it sound like the 1% interest rate was a given as pay if fixed rate mortage since that is what I said I would be doing. also, I got an email saying that Grace would be handling things in the next phase, I don't know if she was supposed to become our main point of contact at that point or not but I tried to reach out to Alan through email and text and phone when we were getting towards the last days before closing to double check that a third party service requesting some sensitive information to view documents was from New American funding. I eventually reached out to Grace h our loan processor and she was quick to respond
