There was a clear breakdown in communication between Vivian and her processor, Angel, which is unacceptable in this type of business. My questions about figures went unanswered for far too long, and Vivian did not provide timely responses. As a result, important details were overlooked, and the ball was dropped right at a critical stage. Stronger accountability and communication are needed to prevent this from happening again. Vivian is a lovely person but this experience put a bad taste in my mouth.

I am not sure of I spoke with Mychael Fields once or maybe once only. He was however very quick to respond to questions through my emails. He was on top of things. We ended up not closing on time but that was more of a problem on the backend, not his fault.

It wasnt Dan honestly. It was processing team and under writing that made this experience an absolute nightmare. We were supposed to have CTC prior to Thursday the 18th and we didn't get CTC until the 23rd when we were supposed to close the 22nd! There is definitely miscommunication between the lenders and processing. Also, my client was asked for the same documents at least 5 times and had to get his employer to send the same documents. His experience was stressful and unpleasant. We did get him closed but it was very stressful. Again I dont blame Dan.

Dan was the lender for my client who was purchasing a house. It was a very trying client and we had to reschedule closing several times. Dan worked hard to het this client on a home. She did mot understand alot of the process & it just took all of us a little extra to get the deal completed. Dan was greatnto to work with . He went the extra mile.
