More communication would've helped close the transaction on time rather than a day later. That said, we were able to close successfully.

Unfortunately the time difference seemed to be difficult to overcome for this very difficult transaction. Will did great, the transaction was the problem.

More up front and communication with one person and not 5 different people and no text at 9 o'clock at night. But I'm OK with everything it was confusing...

I like him but sometimes he wouldn't reply to text or calls for up to two weeks. He didn't explain things freely. I had to ask everything instead of it being explained. Sometimes he answered your question like u where dumb / low key smart remark. I felt like I had to fight to get information at times. Other than that he was good. He did answer my questions over a year time frame, not horrible experience just frustrating at times .

This is the second time I have had a client from NAF Homes that did not close on time. I dont think it is the loan officer in each case, I think it is your underwriting department dropping the ball in both cases.

We had a great experience until the last week. We were super thankful for all the time Tommy spent explaining the ins and outs with us early on. Communication should be much clearer between buyer/loan officer/title. Title said they would call with closing instructions and never did. Had a miscommunication between us regarding the money needing sent to title and was told "now we know who's boss" once being told the loan hadn't funded (after we thought we had closed and were expecting more of a "congrats" phone call) because of the mistake, no kindness. Was told we would receive a call when it funded, went all weekend in limbo and had to send an email Monday to find out if we officially closed, and found out it had been funded Friday and we were not told. All in all the experience wasn't terrible, but communication goes a long way, and one rude remark can really change someone's experience.
