We asked for an amount of seller concessions that we could be confident we could use completely. Even just before closing, when things were rushed because of prepaid interest, I asked if all of their concessions had been used and was told they were "maxed out", but at closing there were a few hundred dollars left on the table. Other than that, good experience overall.

Lack of communication regarding documents needed to proceed with loan multiple times, which delayed the closing by over a month. No follow ups. Countless emails were never responded to. I had to verbalize that I was considering using another company for my loan to get things to move forward. Still unsure how or when I will receive my loan payment. Still waiting to hear back from Mark &/or Irene.

Cesar was professional and friendly. However, his timeliness to return calls and emails is subpar. Also, the Sr. Processor, Tasha was the worst part of this experience. She was unprofessional, delayed, and confrontational with the client, Kathy Powell.

Multiple errors were made by NAF on mortgage documents that made no sense. When we asked how and why such errors were made, management simply explained it away as merely technical system problem. We were extremely frustrated by the errors and the explanation. Shortly thereafter we received corrected documentation and once again we found errors we made by NAF. We were disappointed that they were new errors on different documents. By now our confidence in the process was deteriorated and we verball expressed that to the staff. We are glad that the process is behind us since we successfully closed on the property.

John was good to work with only complaint was with Zo the loan processor he obviously did not read the purchase contract enough my closing date was 10-30-25 he emailed me saying it was 11-4-25 clwarly the contract said 10-30.
