Bobby was very helpful in the process for the loan and I thank him greatly, but he had made one light mistake on the loan. He had originally told us that we had to put 3% down on the house, when actually we were required to put 5% down. That extra 2% cost me $4800 that we could have put towards the repairs to the property.

Samantha was able to find financing for my client after two very seasoned mortgage consultants could not. My client was not prepped by Samantha or her team early in the process as to what her closing costs should be. My client did not like dealing with Karim. She conveyed to me that his communication and responsiveness was not good. Lastly, a final closing statement was not produced until about 3:00 pm the day before closing. The title company indicated that they did not get the finalized figures until then. These should have been produced two days before or at least the morning of the day before closing.

The first part of the loap processing was great. However, on the day before closing, I didn't get the closing amount need until less than 2 hour before closing. This was very stressful not knowing the closing amount needed and my closing date was postponed. During the day of closing, I was talking and emailing my loan officer, real estate agent, and closing attorney. This wasn't my first house closing but my 4th and this one was the worse I had ever experience. Communication is needed during loan processing and the buyer need to be kept informed of what is taking place.

Unfortunately, it wasn't all due to Crystal. The entire process seemed to be quite confusing. Communication from various parties, and other issues led to delays and frustrations. I have never had a financing and closing quite like this one.
