Dean did a great job on his buyers side in terms of getting it done and closed even with some hiccups that were no fault of the lenders. However his communication in my opinion was subpar. The lenders I work with communicate atleast weekly and often times more to keep all parties Informed every step of the way and felt we (the listing agent) only got updated when we reached out and asked.

I felt this was just a numbered transaction. I provided what was needed, they put numbers in a computer. There was no advice on programs or grants to make improvements easier. There was nothing special about this transaction.

Overall, the service experience ended well. I appreciate Laura reaching out to me and listening to my concerns about my experience with Amy and why it originally was a loss on my end. Laura understood my concerns and was able to remedy the situation very effectively. I appreciate her ability to see both sides and take ownership (as a leader within the company). I will definitely consider working with the USA Mortgage team in the future.

I would say overall we had a good experience, especially when dealing directly with you. You were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. I think where things started to get a little weird for us was after the handoff to the team and the type of updates we were getting. I'm still a little unclear as to where the final disclosure is, as well as why we needed to sign so many rounds. There was also a lot of silence and then a lot of urgency out of nowhere which was stressful.

I am a hands on learner I would have liked to have ben offered to come in and sit down when it came down to signing such important documentation. After being pre approved everyone proceeded like that kind of meant a guaranteed approval which didn't happen. The educational program that was offered should be offered with the pre approval. I learned many things during the process that I wish I had been educated on initially. Overall the job got done,I appreciate the hard work that was put in.
