If it wasn't for Olexksandr, I would've have cancelled my refinancing with AFN; AFN practices for refinancing were NOT Veteran, Military or Federal Government Employee Friendly in fact AFN refinancing actions are terrible! NOT Customer Service user friendly at all; Credit Check companies were a waste of time and money that I had to pay for; Inquiries into my Banking were absurd, since I have been Banking with Wells Fargo since 1983! Olexksandr needs Cash & Time Off Awards!

The experience was okay. Probably recommend. We got the job done, got a great interest rate, and the effort on my end was fairly minimal; all positive. I'm grading the experience "okay" because the process was WAY too automated for me. The vast majority of communications were automated, and some of them didn't apply to me. Felt like a number. I'm far from an expert in refi & would have appreciated more human phone conversations to guide me through a very unfamiliar process. All in all, ok.

David did a good job but having to pay $500 for an evaluation was a scam. The land is worth more than the mortgage.

Everything was good except timing, I believe we started communicating in August but closing didn’t happen until end of November. Everything else was great. Only suggestion was there was a lot of communication with multiple individuals that asked for the same information I had already forwarded. Thanks!
