I think our case was a bit different becuase it wasn't just us buying a house, we were buying a family members house. i felt like most of the communication was through that family member and we heard most things second hand from her. we felt a big out of the loop

I felt this was just a numbered transaction. I provided what was needed, they put numbers in a computer. There was no advice on programs or grants to make improvements easier. There was nothing special about this transaction.

In the beginning there was a lack of communication. To many re requests of documents already sent. Once Latoya took over the process went more smoothly. Didn't really have much interaction with Jason so I couldn't give too much of a review on him. Over all it was ok.

Communication, education and punctuality have plenty of room for improvement. My experience with other loan agents has been better overall and more educational. Punctuality and confirmation also is something to work on, many times we ended up scheduling calls that never happened which messed up my schedule.
