The process took way too long and the same information was requested more than one after it was provided. So far I see not means of paying monthly payments via an app or online.

Robert is knowledgeable but there were alot of pain points & clarification. But I did love that Robert didn't give up on me & called me to talk it out. I wish though assistants & loan officers were more updated. Alot of times I'd be talking to Robert to follow up & he didn't know what I was talking about. It threw me off.

More and better communication in the process. First time home buying process is a stressful and lack of communication doesn’t help the stress if one doesn’t know what’s going on.

maybe it was asking too much, but I felt like I was quick to provide any information that was requested in the process, and Maybe I was eager to get the loan process progress, but the communication is where I feel there was a gap. I didnt know where we were in the process. i feel like I had to initiate communication to get a status. i I also requested to be called or texted when anything was needed of me for the simple fact that I didn't want the process to be held up because of me. ultimately, that is the only part I wish was improved, the communication. I understand I wasn't the only
