When a problem presents itself, communication from the leader of the group with the customer is paramount and should have transpired. This would have reduced frustration and anxiety.

Jeffrey has a lot of knowledge. The technology used to present options is very helpful and slick. Throughout the process Jeffrey was responsive, but seemed like he was spread too thin and did not have good support from other players in the process. The process felt more like I was on an assembly line than receiving customized care. Add in multiple errors by Churchill Title and my experience overall was just OK.

Communication could have been better, and the actual closing process was an absolute disaster. In the end though, we did wind up getting refinanced at a lower rate, but if I had known the headaches and annoyance it was going to bring, I can't say that I would do it again with Churchill.
