Teresa Del Rosario my loan officer did such a wonderful job ! Very attentive, and always there if I needed her . She was wonderful and will definitely referred her to people I know . I was a first time home buyer, at first they did not explain everything very well. At the end it got much better though. It worried me very much to see emails from other clients in my in box and the only explanation we got was, it was an accident. They could improve on their privacy and confidentiality of the customers.

Teresa was very nice and helpful! There were just a couple times that she said she would contact us that day but didn't get with us until the following day. Other than that she did a great job making our loan work out on time for us even through all of our rushing.

Communication was not timely and it was difficult to determine what was coming next. Timelines were not always clear - for instance, the closing date for mortgage was not clearly defined and was delayed for unknown reasons.
