first consultation was very informative. Wendi is helpful. however, I wish I wasnt told clearly regarding the gift certificate. there were a big miscommunication. The problem was I wasn't told in advance to have the gifters bank account and other info. Last minute documents was so stressful and hussles. overall, I would recommend my friends to her

After the final documents were signed and delivered it seemed like we were given the bait and switch over the fees charged with regards to the radio commercial that we had listened to before deciding to do the refi on our house. The radio infomercial says that there will be no added fees, but we had to pay about $5K which was added onto our loan. The radio makes you feel like you will not be charged any fees for doing the refi.

The initial experience was excellent Michael was pleasant positive and gave great input as to the timeline for getting things done. Then when loan was underwritten it took a turn for the worst. Some of the information he gave me was totally incorrect. He spoke to me in a condescending manner. That I found unacceptable. I speak from 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. I believe he would do better to leave the underwriting to the underwrters.

Butch could not have been more kind and helpful personally, however, the underwriters were relentless in requesting information which was already provided and made the process very stressful especially when they dragged this process right up to the last minute. A lifetime of good credit experience should allow some consideration outside of preset parameters.

When John first talked with me he indicated we should be able to complete the process by the end of 2016. He also quoted a 4.75 % loan rate. After delays due to John's assistant the process was not completed until mid-February 2017. The ending loan rate was 5.06%. A completion as indicated and the lower interest rate would have made the process much better.
