We asked for a $100,00 loan but the company wanted to give us a $114,000 loan. Had to fight the lender to get what we wanted

All in all Andy was helpful in securing this loan. There were some upfront programs that he wasn't 100% knowledgeable on but the pull of resources at New American Funding were helpful. I think there was a little breakdown in communication once my loan made it to underwriting but we were able to wrap the loan up rather painlessly.

We used New American to refi our previous home in Bellingham, WA Three times And the process was "seamless". We used New American To purchase our home in South Beach, Or for that reason. I would give Jason and his team a "B". The process went pretty smoothly with A few miscommunications along the way. Overall it was a good experience.

I felt that service/personal were respectful but communication was lacking. I often asked where we were in process with no response. I had not done a mortgage loan for more than 30 years so did not know what to expect and how the process worked. The whole process was stressful but felt that it would have been a lot better if communication was better. Only received the automated "where you are in the process" e-mail at end. You have an issue here. Thank you.
