The survey isn't really a survey about Mike it's a survey about the overall experience. Even though his name is on it I didn't really deal with Mike that much in the beginning when I dealt with Mike he was very nice very informative. It was just a very overwhelming experience would've been nice if somebody told me how many documents I was going to have to give them and how many emails I would receive, and how many times I was going to have to sign before the closing even happened. Overwhelmed

The overall communication and knowledge of the entire loan process was great. Mike and his group always answered our questions within 24 hours and we felt like they had our best interests in mind.

I'm not sure what was going on w/ the back end of the loan process. Sammy Lopez did keep me update but the it took entirely to long. I'm not sure if it had to do w/ being in Michigan etc. Expectation where set but weren't met. Sammy Lopez was professional and polite. I'm not happy w/ what happen after speaking w/ Mr. Lopez.

Improve communication between client, underwriting and processor. In fact, I would put the underwriter directly into the communications loops in lieu of the telephone tree you use today. Let the underwriter and client directly communicate so it would be easier for the underwriter to understand complex financial situations. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided by Lenny, Erika Flores and Kim Raleigh. It was underwriting that drove me crazy. Frank C
