There were a few times I called and left a message and nobody called me back. Also trying to get the paperwork completed was also a problem. Had the same problems when I bought the house. Other than that it was alright.

Overall New American Funding was easy to work with with refinancing our house. Only at the end was there some frustration between the escrow company and filing the final paperwork. This is our 2nd time using New American Funding 1st time having trouble in the escrow area. We would definitely use New American Funding again in the future for refinancing or purchasing new property. Only ask for different escrow company.

Chris was knowledgeable and friendly. He made the initial application process relaxed and easy. I appreciate his easy nature. My only problem was the several times I called or text he did not return my calls or text in a reasonably time - sometimes not at all. I assumed everyone including him were very busy but I would of liked better communication once my application was submitted. It took about 7 weeks to finalize a fairly simple application to close my loan with New American Funding.
