Would have liked better communication between your office and us. The service took much longer than expected but I think it was due to the other offices Berta had to deal with. Over all we are happy we got the loan and the home we alway wanted. Please take care of Berta as she did her best with the support she had.

I did all I was asked and then after I got a deposit in my bank account someone called me saying I needed to verify that I am still employed which I am but I had a surgery which your company was aware. I can not email from my work email and I explained this but your employee told me they would take the money back. This spoiled the whole experience for me to the point that I am still considering going with a different lender, she was out of line completely when I was told after signing I didn'

If the process would have went a lot smoother. Instead of me being overwhelmed and stressed. Not all those repeated unnecessary calls. Miscommunication on certain things. Overall the experience was okay. I wouldn't say Dedra was the cause of it because she was very supported. I would say the program itself required way to much. In closing, I'm in my dream home and that's is what matters most. Thank you all.
