Joseph Galvez was a good person to work with. But the communications and process within the company was the worst we have ever encountered. Hence our 30 day closing turned into a two and a half months ordeal. Documents got mislaid, information was requested several times just hours before the due closing date etc. etc.

IF THE CONDO DEPARTMENT WORKS MORE EFFICIENTLY IN GETTING THE INFORMATION THEY NEED FOR THE CONDO PROJECT APPROVAL IN A TIMELY MANNER NOT FOR 45 DAYS WITH 2 EXTENSIONS OF THE ESCROW AND THE SELLER HAD TO PUT THE PROPERTY BACK ON THE MARKET NOT EXPECTING THAT WE CAN CLOSE.
