The service was great but the amount of times thay we had to verify, copy and send proof of bank account, 401k funds etc with an 800 credit score was over the top. Also, ive never had to pay out of pocket for the inspection, theyve always added tht to our charges at end. Asked if i could have it added to the loan, they told me no - after having to come up with $28K for the 20%, it would have been nice. I feel getting a VA loan was easier, even though their qual's are stricter. Undecided!

I really liked working with Dan and Jason, and up until offer acceptance everything was fantastic. A few things could have been better after that point: - We communicated that we wanted to close on 7/26, close date pushed to 7/28 - Sometimes the actions / time frames did not match the expectations set by emails and videos. - There were some mistakes in the closing documentation. With such a huge life event, I want to feel like all the 'i's are dotted and 't's are crossed, so to speak.

1. I think the whole thing took to long. 2. I felt like you didn't trust me. 3. I ended up having to pay for an extensions on my lock. I don't think that I was the one who dug there feet. Every thing that was asked for was gotten with in a day or two. 4. I think that the communication between you guys and myself could have been better.

Just more consistent communication and more reliable call back. Also a processor that acts instead of giving answers and not following through with what was requested. We were told 3 times that the file had been sent to USDA and it wasn't sent until the deadline and nearly pushed closing back about another week which was already delayed 3 weeks
